In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, minced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to ensure all ingredients are well blended.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
Shape the chicken mixture into small patties, each roughly the size of your slider buns—aim for about 8 patties total.
Carefully place the patties in the preheated skillet and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, flipping them once, until they are completely cooked through and achieve a lovely golden brown color.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the slider buns. Feel free to toast them lightly in a separate skillet or oven for added texture and flavor, if you prefer.
Once the patties are done cooking, assemble the sliders by placing one chicken patty on each bun. Top each patty with a generous handful of shredded lettuce, a few slices of pickles, and some crumbled blue cheese if desired for that extra punch.
For an added kick, drizzle a bit more buffalo sauce over the top of the sliders before serving, adjusting to your personal spice preference.
Serve immediately while they’re hot for an irresistibly spicy and satisfying treat!
Notes
Arrange the sliders on a large platter and garnish with extra green onion slices or fresh herbs for a pop of color. Serve alongside additional buffalo sauce for dipping!
