spicy buffalo sauce

blue cheese crumbles

green onions, thinly sliced

fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and stir until fully coated.
Lightly brush one side of the flatbread with olive oil.
Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the oiled side of the flatbread.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken layer and add blue cheese crumbles if desired.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the flatbread to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve on a large wooden cutting board or vibrant platter with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
